QTP 11.5 (UFT) New Features QTP IDE

HP QTP 11.5 new FeaturesThe latest version of HP-QTP 11.5 (UFT) Unified Functional Testing has hit the market and here are the brief points about new features in the tool Earlier HP has 2 tools1. QTP for GUI applications functional testing 2. Service Test for web services Testing (GUI less testing)In QTP 11.0 they have introduced a new concept that the service test script (written in service test) we can call in the middle of the QTP-script, so we can have GUI Test developed in QTP and GUI Less script developed in services test can run in the same Test. Now inQTP 11.5 Unified Functional Testing (UFT) = Quick Test Pro(QTP) + Service Test(ST)This is the major change we see in QTP. So now QTP and Service Test will be a part of UFT 11.5 software. This has been done to do end-to-end testing. QTP (GUI testing tool) and Service Test (API testing tool) will be available from a single interface, so we no need to have 2 different tools now.New Modern IDEQTP’s IDE the interface has changed completely new look and feel looks like below, the IDE window has a) have a new IDE aligned with modern dev IDEs (like Eclipse).b) have many new features such as script editing, coding, MDI, checkpoints, auto completion etc

Image Based Automation – Using HP UFT InsightUsing HP UFT insight, you can simply recognize controls in the application by their appearance. This feature would enable you to record any object displayed on the screen, even if UFT is not able to recognize the Object’s technology.Debug multiple scriptsThis is one more important feature. We can now debug two or more scripts at the same time from within UFT’s IDE.Checkpoint on PDF filesApart from existing checkpoints, we can now directly compare PDF files and run checkpoints on them.Support Open Source CI SystemsHP UFT 11.5 will support open source Continuous Integration(CI) systems like Jenkins and Hudson. [For people with non-development background - CI is a practice normally used in a multi-developer environment where all developer codebases are merged with the main codebase several times a day]Mobile Testing SupportRealizing the ‘explosive’ growth of mobile (smart-phones + tablets) platform, HP is putting a lot of focus on this new age tech. UFT 11.5 will provide a better support for mobile testing. With the help of HP UFT Mobile, HP claims that you will be able to create mobile platform agnostic scripts, hence a script created for iOS would be expected to work for Android. The mobile application testing solution will support emulators as well as real devices. The real devices can be sourced from the public cloud of shared real devices and/or private cloud of dedicated real devices.

Truth on The Seven Chakras And Their Significance In all our Life!

Our body is an energetic system through which the universal life force flows and our seven chakras are a part of this energetic system. The chakras are not something physical and we can’t see them. They are aspects of our consciousness. They help us to understand the close relationship between our consciousness and our body, or what we call as the mind-body relationship. They connect us with the larger part of ourselves, the universe, and at the same time they hold the secrets to a healthy, prosperous and gratifying life. Importance of Chakra System: Chakras are the psychoactive energy centers in the human body. Although most people have heard of seven chakras, there are actually 114 chakras in the human body. In addition to the 114 chakras, there are 72,000 nadis or energy channels, along which vital energy or ‘prana’ moves. When these nadis meet at different points in the body, they form a triangle. We call this triangle a chakra, which means “wheel” or “circle”. We call...

Train your soul to be happier!!!

( Continued Part I ) 5 Determine your core values. Your core values determine how you think about yourself, your life, and the world around you. These beliefs guide your decision-making. They may be spiritual, or they may not, but they’re the things that are fundamental to how you look at life.   For example, “commitment to excellence” could be a value, or “dedication to family” or “belief in a higher power.” Whatever your values are, research suggests that when you aren’t living your life and making choices that are “value-congruent,” i.e., in line with your values, you’re likely to feel unhappy and dissatisfied. Research suggests that when you are consciously aware of your values, you’re more likely to act in accordance with them. Take a little time and reflect on what is most important and meaningful in your life. You can think about times when you felt happiest or most satisfied and what the common factors in those situa...

Train your soul to be happier!!!

Happiness is not a simple goal but is progress as a result of striving, seeking, finding and keeping self-actualizing work and fun, even when it's as elusive as ever. Being happy often means finding satisfaction/contentment, feeling joyful, and sensing that your life is meaningful. Nobody is jolly and elated all the time, but some individuals are definitely more fulfilled than others. Method 1: Developing a Happy Outlook     Change your soul (spirit). People have an unfortunate tendency to lock on to remembering negative experiences but forgetting the positive ones. However, thanks to adaptability (neuroplasticity), you can actually change the way your soul functions. You can train your soul to be happier.   Practice mindfulness. Occupy your mind with positive thoughts and humming a tune, for happy effects on the mind and body. Focusing on your experiences in the present moment without judging them can help you become more compassionate to yourself and...
